Terms used

TrueBlue - The proprietors of TrueBlue Accommodation and related websites

Advertiser – the Advertiser is the holiday home owner, or agent representing the holiday home owner.

Rights exercised

We reserve the following rights:

• The right to determine the design layout of our TrueBlue websites.
• The right to edit descriptions or amend the layouts or photographs supplied by the Advertiser, should we consider it necessary.
• TrueBlue cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning of the properties or changes made to copy or photographs and copy supplied by the Advertiser.

Accuracy

TrueBlue does not accept any legal or any other responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on the Advertiser's part.

Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but TrueBlue cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors and/or omissions.

The description and details provided by the Advertiser in relation to each property are based entirely upon the information supplied by the advertiser.  TrueBlue has not inspected these properties to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date and does not take any responsibility or safeguard property renters who should make their own inquiries to ensure accuracy of the listing.

Photographs, copy and other listing image materials

TrueBlue will make every effort to safeguard all materials supplied but cannot be held responsible if such are copied from TrueBlue websites by any third party.

Removals of listings

TrueBlue may at its discretion remove a listing from its websites or remove a listing if so ordered by any legal authority. TrueBlue cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such removal.

No Booking Agency

TrueBlue is not a booking agency and takes no part in reservations for the properties listed on the TrueBlue websites.  TrueBlue takes no responsibility for damage caused to property by tenants, or for payment disputes between Advertisers or property owners and tenants or in case of fraudulent booking enquiries.

Copyright

The proprietors of TrueBlue Accommodation and related websites shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the Advertiser.

It is the advertisers responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The Advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to TrueBlue the rights therein contained. The Advertiser indemnifies TrueBlue against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the Advertiser.

TrueBlue cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

Hypertext links

TrueBlue reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other Web sites from advertisers pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at its sole discretion.

Termination of advertising

If Advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the TrueBlue website, the Advertiser is to advise TrueBlue via email upon receipt of which TrueBlue will confirm such request and ensure removal is enacted within 48 hours.  TrueBlue is not liable to refund any subscription fees (if any) paid by the Advertiser.

Refusal to advertise

TrueBlue reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for any TrueBlue related website, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the TrueBlue on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, TrueBlue reserves the right to remove the listing from the TrueBlue websites.

Property Complaints

If TrueBlue receives substantiated complaints from a person who has rented an advertisers property, or the Advertiser engages in any unacceptable practices then TrueBlue reserves the right to remove the property from the TrueBlue website without notice.

Email Newsletters

Registered users of the TrueBlue and related websites will receive our email newsletter from time to time unless they have indicated otherwise while registering their details. A link is provided on the front page of the TrueBlue website where users of the site can signup to receive the newsletter. This link also provides the option for a user to unsubscribe from the newsletter if they no longer wish to receive it. An unsubscribe link is also provided on the newsletter sent out to each subscriber.
